Why tooth preservation is so important
Natural teeth cannot be fully replaced by anything. Even the highest-quality implant cannot fully replicate the function and feel of a natural tooth. That is why our principle is: preserve what can be preserved – gently, precisely, and sustainably.
Modern techniques allow us to treat decayed or damaged teeth in a minimally invasive way. We only remove what truly needs to be removed – preserving as much healthy tooth structure as possible.
Our services for your tooth preservation
Tooth-colored fillings
Composite fillings in your exact tooth shade – minimally invasive, immediately load-bearing, and indistinguishable from natural teeth. Ideal for cavities and minor tooth defects.
Ceramic Inlays & Onlays
Highly precise, laboratory-made full-ceramic restorations – for larger defects with a durability often exceeding 15 years. More dimensionally stable and abrasion-resistant than any filling.
Crowns & Partial Crowns
When a tooth is severely damaged, a full-ceramic or zirconia crown fully restores its function and aesthetics. Metal-free, high-quality care for many years.
Composite Tooth-Colored Fillings
When a tooth is affected by decay or is broken, we remove only what is necessary – and fill the gap with a modern composite material precisely matched to your tooth shade. The result is indistinguishable from natural teeth.
Composite sets under UV light directly in the mouth, bonds firmly to the tooth structure, and is immediately load-bearing. Compared to amalgam, less healthy tooth structure needs to be removed – ideal for long-term stable care.
Ceramic Inlays and Onlays
For larger defects where a filling is no longer sufficient, inlays and onlays offer the ideal solution. They are custom-made in the dental laboratory – from high-quality full ceramic that matches natural tooth enamel in color and translucency.
Unlike plastic fillings, ceramic does not shrink and seals the tooth perfectly at the margins. The result is a restoration that matches your natural teeth in both function and aesthetics.

Crowns & Partial Crowns
When a tooth is so severely damaged that a filling or inlay is no longer sufficient, a crown is the first choice. It covers the entire visible tooth and fully restores both function and aesthetics – long-lasting and reliable.
We work exclusively with metal-free all-ceramic and zirconium dioxide. Both materials are biocompatible, highly durable, and appear deceptively natural in the mouth – without the typical gray marginal shimmer of metal-supported crowns.
